2. Order Processing & Total Delivery Time

Your Estimated Total Delivery Time (the time from placing your order to receiving your package) is the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time 1–3 Business Days This is the time required for us to prepare, inspect, package your order, and hand it over to the carrier.
Shipping Time 7–15 Business Days This is the estimated time the carrier requires to deliver the package to your address after it leaves our warehouse.

  • Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays and will commence processing on the next available business day.

8. Lost or Damaged Package Policy

To protect your order, we have established the following policy for packages lost during transit:

  • Unsigned/Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost during shipping and the status shows "unsigned" or similar, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Resolution: Once the loss is confirmed, we will issue a free replacement package to you.
  • Important Note: We do not offer refunds for packages confirmed lost during transit; only a free replacement package will be provided.
