Our total delivery time combines Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Therefore, the estimated total delivery time for all orders is 8–18 business days. Please remember that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders totaling $49.99 USD or more.For orders below this minimum threshold, shipping costs will be calculated accurately at checkout based on your delivery location.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.

You can use this number to check the real-time status of your delivery directly on the tracking section of our website. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

No. As stated in our policies, all displayed prices are inclusive of applicable import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP).

The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will not be charged any additional customs fees upon the arrival of your Slrar hair accessories.

Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, resalable condition with all packaging intact.

No. Due to strict hygiene standards for personal items like hair accessories (Claw Clips, Headbands, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, or where the original protective/hygienic packaging has been opened or removed. Used items are generally non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed mind, style mismatch). Slrar will only cover the return shipping costs if the item arrived defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped by us.

Once we receive your return, we typically inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed immediately, and the credit will appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The final processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

We can only fulfill the request if your order has not yet entered the shipping phase. Once the order has been processed and a tracking number generated, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.


After submitting your purchase, you should receive an Order Confirmation email from Slrar. This email contains your order number and a summary of your purchased items. If you do not receive this email within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@slrar.com to confirm the order status.

You can check the current status of your order in a few ways:

  1. Order Confirmation Link: Click the "View My Order" link provided in your initial confirmation email.
  2. Tracking Email: Once your order ships (after 1–3 business days of processing), you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email containing a real-time tracking link.


If your payment failed, but a charge appears on your statement, this is typically an authorization hold placed by your bank. The funds were not actually captured by Slrar. The bank holds the funds temporarily but will automatically release them back to your account, usually within 1–5 business days, as the transaction was never completed.
